What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, understanding their practice structure and business model
- Communicate effectively about the company’s immunotherapy compound and educate stakeholders
- Analyze trends in the oncology purchasing environment and develop account plans accordingly
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions
- Utilize insights from customer interactions to influence strategies and improve service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology field sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) is acceptable
- Strong understanding of cancer staging and treatment options
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors (e.g., Breast, Ovarian, Cervical)
- 0-2 years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S2 level
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S3 level
