What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships to understand their needs
- Create compelling rationales for the value of oncology products during discussions with stakeholders
- Analyze complex buying environments and identify trends in drug distribution
- Develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the oncology customer team
- Share insights and best practices to support customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required by the role
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Equivalent experience can include professional sales, healthcare/scientific field experience, or military experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
