      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their practice structure and business model
      - Educate key stakeholders about leading immunotherapy compounds and communicate the employer's vision to the oncology community
      - Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment, including drug distribution channels
      - Develop both short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
      - Ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Reside within or near the assigned district
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or marketing role related to oncology
      - Experience working directly with oncology customers in a clinical setting
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
