      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals
      - Present approved disease state and product information to healthcare professionals using persuasive selling skills
      - Utilize sales analytics and customer intelligence to create strategic plans
      - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute sales and marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 6 years of oncology sales experience, particularly with solid tumors/lung cancer
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
      - Exceptional communication skills with a consultative selling style
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
