      The Henry Schein ONDS (Outside North America Dealer Sales) is searching for a Sales Director EMEA for Henry Schein Products to expand and consolidate its position in one of the fastest growing segments of the market. This leader will be responsible for defining and developing strategic growth initiatives for the Henry Schein Product businesses in the EMEA region d isplaying a get-it-done attitude and strong tactical execution .

      This person will report to the Vice President ONDS and will be accountable for delivering sales and profitability results for the Henry Schein Products brands through geographic expansion , new product launches, marketing, and training initiatives in line with the ONDS strategic goals. The role includes strategy, leadership, tactical execution, and sales responsibility to 3 rd party dealers , across the EMEA region . A broad and deep knowledge of global dental market is required .

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Lead and drive aggressive sales growth of the Henry Schein Products portfolio w orking with the H enry Schein Products Business Units , global ONDS colleagues , regional sales, marketing, and operational teams . This will include:

      • Identifying market opportunities and selecting key focus markets

      • Developing sales & marketing strateg ies and tactic s for the EMEA region.

      • Development of dealer & market strategy for each region and country in IDG and non-IDG markets in alignment with PBU's and IDG.

      • Implementation of market specific channel strategy in the EMEA region for IDG, 3rd party dealer s or a combination of the two.

      • Ensur ing 3 rd party dealers and sales managers are trained appropriately on the H enry Schein Products portfolio value proposition and have access to the appropriate sales tools and marketing assets.

      • Identif ying , developing, and maintain ing market intelligence including market share, voice of the customer, competition and future requirements impacting portfolio and marketing initiatives

      • Lead ing the execution of new product launches and defining appropriate portfolio requirements by region

      • Collaborating closely with the Henry Schein Products BU team s to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and supply chain requirements

      • Partnering with the Henry Schein Products marketing teams to develop the appropriate marketing material by country. This will include print and digital material to suppor t sales engagement and customer conversions.

      • Establish ing and manag ing physician education programs to support customer loyalty and adoption of Henry Schein Products solutions

      • Negotiat ing supply and related agreements with external distribution partners

      • Participating in key events to showcase Henry Schein Products portfolio value proposition.

      • Co-travelling with Henry Schein and distribution partner sales representatives

      • Executing on regular business reviews with Henry Schein and other distribution partners identifying activity plans for growth

      • Establishing Henry Schein Products portfolio as the partner of choice in dentistry through a complete treatment solution approach rather than a product approach

      • Lead and establish a plan to e xpan d the global Henry Schein Products portfolio . This will include:

      • Leveraging products and solutions from all Henry Schein Product brands

      • Understanding regional customer needs and identifying local portfolio expansion opportunities

      • Supporting product launch initiatives in all focus markets and developing plans for growth

      • Developing marketing material, print and digital assets with the support of local marketing teams

      • Establishing Key Opinion Leader relationships to support product development and product launch initiatives

      • Working with Henry Schein Quality and Regulatory teams to support product introductions in focus markets

      • Build synergies between Henry Schein Product brands to maximize commercial reach and market share gain. This will include:

      • Understanding market segmentation, positioning and competitive landscape

      • Developing a brand strategy to optimize opportunities within each region

      • Identifying optimum channel to drive aggressive commercial execution

      • Working with Henry Schein brand leaders to develop marketing and training support

      • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships

      • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities and manage conflict .

      MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

      Typically, 10 or more years of increasing commercial responsibility with a p roven track record of success in international markets . Experience with both direct and indirect sales organizations in the dental field. 5 or more years of management experience.

      PREFERRED EDUCATION:

      Typically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

      English fluen tl y plus Arabic language ( optional ),

      TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      Travel typically 50% from home-office base
