What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise doctoral candidates conducting methodologically sound research
- Review capstone project manuscripts and provide detailed feedback
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure compliance with university policies
- Employ a variety of teaching techniques to foster good learning conditions
- Support students' individual differences, abilities, and interests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold an EdD or PhD in Education from an accredited institution
- Full doctrinal compatibility with the employer's values and mission
- Expertise in qualitative research and superior communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms such as Canvas
- Required pastoral reference letter and two professional reference letters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established record of research through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
- Experience mentoring capstone, dissertation, or thesis projects
- Familiarity with teaching research methods using online learning platforms
- Ability to maintain a pace that supports timely student progress toward graduation
