- Monitoring and analyzing the use of clients Intellectual property rights online to identify infringements
- Managing client relationships by providing support for their online brand protection strategy, software training, enforcements and delivering regular reporting
- Communicating and working with platforms and Internet Service Providers to remove intellectual property infringements
- Advising clients on best practice guidance to help protect their brands online
- Working with internal and external partners to ensure successful outcomes for our clients
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of intellectual property law and online commerce
- Show previous experience in intellectual property, online brand protection and client-facing work
- Be customer-focused and able to go above and beyond for our clients to help them achieve their goals
- Have excellent organisational skills and be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Be detailed-oriented with a thorough, accurate, organized and productive approach to problem solving
- Have an impressive grasp of technology and be able to learn and utilize tools that create efficiency
- Have excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to build successful relationships with teams and clients.
- Working remotely from home or in our Amsterdam or Bonn office in a flexible hybrid style

About our Team
Our Brand Protection Team is responsible for our suite of products designed to help companies protect their valuable intellectual property. Our leading products and services are used throughout the world and in virtually every industry and area of business. We help customers protect their brand by efficiently finding IP abuse, identifying active malicious actors and enforcing IP infringement.
About the Role
You will partner closely with our clients to guide and support their online brand protection strategy. You will take ownership of enforcing our clients intellectual property rights (IPRs) on online platforms. You'll analyze large datasets, identify IPR infringements and proceed with appropriate enforcement steps to ensure removal of infringing content for our clients.
