  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide coaching, tutoring, or mentoring support to students in the Online Engineering Technology Program
  - Assist students in developing academic skills specific to the online classroom setting
  - Offer guidance on study skills, including reading, note-taking, organization, and time management
  - Provide academic technology support to enhance student learning experiences
  - Foster connections with students through strong interpersonal skills and empathetic communication
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Electrical Systems Engineering Technology from a regionally accredited institution
  - 1-2 years of prior work experience within the past 5 years
  - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  - Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on approachability and empathy
  - Knowledge of current practices and emerging trends in distance learning and related technologies
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience supporting distance learning students in higher education or similar settings
  - Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  - Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
