What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and manage eLeads from the employer's website and third-party sources with same-day communication
- Qualify leads and follow up multiple times to secure appointments with on-site sales personnel
- Conduct and manage ongoing email campaigns, newsletters, and online community launches
- Monitor website data and provide reporting on eLead activity and sales conversion rates
- Assist prospective homebuyers in selecting the best community based on their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in marketing or a related business field
- WA Real Estate License is required
- Minimum of two years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate marketing or the homebuilding industry
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and CRM management
- Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills
