      Arcosa Construction Products Group is searching for Onsite IT Support located in our Arlington, TX office. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by directing the activities and staff within a manufacturing and mining environment that is regulated by MSHA and OSHA safety standards. As Onsite IT Support, you will respond to Service Desk tickets and telephone call requests for technical support.

      Arcosa Construction Products Group contains multiple business units that support three product segments in the Aggregates, Specialty Materials and Construction Site Support markets.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
      • Provides onsite technical support to the organization’s internal users of computer applications and hardware
      • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
      • Responds to Service Desk tickets and telephone call requests for technical support
      • Help create, update, and resolve issues within the current issue tracking system (Service Now)
      • Helps to ensure a timely resolution and/or escalate non-resolvable issues to higher-level teams
      • Identifies and resolves technical issues and/or researches and recommends effective solutions
      • Collaborates with network services, application support and managed services to restore service and/or identify problems
      • Resolve user issues referred to by helpdesk support
      • Act as a liaison between the Business Unit and Corporate IT groups

      What You’ll Need:

      • High School Diploma/Equivalent
      • 3-5 years IT support experience
      • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Basic Windows troubleshooting skills
      • Basic network knowledge and troubleshooting skills
      • Network cabling skills/repair and install
