What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and business leaders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems, as well as external databases, for candidate management
- Craft and send compelling recruiting communications to attract potential candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems (e.g., Kenexa/Brass Ring)
- Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
- Capable of adapting communication styles to various client levels
- Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting ship repair, shipbuilding, and skilled trades
- Proven track record in building recruiting plans and supporting the end-to-end recruiting process
- Strong skills in partnering with colleagues to enhance recruiting strategies and manage customer expectations
