What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend changes in support of assigned applications/systems
- Lead and/or coordinate conversions, application/system testing, and documentation of system procedures
- Assist in training design, development, and execution related to assigned projects
- Provide go-live support and serve as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting
- Support the planning, design, development, build, and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology experience
- Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role
- For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s) or willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
- Must be committed to values-based, coordinated patient care

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
- Additional certifications in related fields
