      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure document and web accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA
      - Perform quality assurance for article content and metadata
      - Manage and publish content within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform
      - Participate in Open Publishing team meetings and discussions
      - Communicate and coordinate with journal editors as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient in office productivity software, especially word processors and spreadsheets
      - Willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite tools, particularly Acrobat Pro
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Effective communication skills with stakeholders, including editors and authors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of document and web accessibility best practices
      - Experience with quality assurance and proofreading
      - Familiarity with the scholarly publishing process
      - Experience with content management systems, publishing platforms, or open-source software like Open Journal Systems (OJS)
