What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create reports using SMI Aware's proprietary software application and web-based tools
- Search social media and conduct advanced search engine queries
- Filter and analyze search results
- Write analytical summaries of findings
- Utilize open-source intelligence to gather information about individuals and companies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced understanding of using social media and open-source intelligence for research purposes
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of Boolean Search Engine queries and advanced search settings on social media platforms
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to meet project timelines consistently
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or industry-specific certification preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French a plus
- Availability for working alternative shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French (reading and writing)
