What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in creating and maintaining application support content, including WalkMe content and BPM help materials
- Manage knowledge online application page content and application Wikis
- Oversee in-app email content management and project support materials related to BPM app implementation
- Provide application maintenance and support to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with customers to improve business processes using leading technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and supporting Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting, and workflow design
- Proficient in the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation
- Experience in delivering technical solutions for process workflow automation with Metastorm's BPM Suite
- Strong people skills with a technical acumen to assist customers effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Metastorm Developer Certification or OpenText MBPM Developer Certification
