What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications within the operating room
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain existing business and pursue new revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to the Regional Business Manager
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and support their initiatives
- Conduct post-sales activities, including product education and ongoing clinical support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
- Proven ability to succeed in complex sales and clinical environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional client interaction abilities
- Thorough understanding of the sales process within the medical sales arena
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of sales experience in medical devices or medical capital
- Documented success in achieving sales quotas in medical capital equipment and/or consumables
- Experience selling in the acute care hospital operating room environment
- Strong computer expertise and proficiency in business applications
- Ability to compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
