What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide surgical case coverage in the operating room during the implantation of the Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) Therapy System
- Support operating room staff with product-related matters, including diagnostics and programming assistance
- Collaborate with neurosurgeons and nurses to ensure smooth operations for VNS Therapy System cases
- Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and access requirements
- Travel to hospital facilities regularly, with occasional overnight stays as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree or experience in a clinical technical or operating room environment
- Ability to project a positive image and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Maintenance of all required immunizations for healthcare employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in operating room support or related healthcare roles
- Familiarity with medical device technologies, particularly in neuromodulation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
