What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with functional management and plant leaders to implement the MPS Management System and execute performance improvement activities
- Develop and maintain a book of knowledge related to Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage end-to-end process improvements and projects to drive business results
- Provide coaching and teaching to develop Lean skills within the organization
- Act as a global point of contact for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging-related inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8-10 years of successful Operational Excellence/Lean implementation experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging improvements
- Hands-on application of Lean tools and techniques such as value stream mapping and standardized work
- Proven experience in coaching and teaching to drive high-performance teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analyzing complex end-to-end supply chains and driving process improvement
- Familiarity with digital solutions and integration opportunities
- Strong project management skills with experience managing large teams
- Excellent listening skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management
