Job summary
Operational Improvement Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality Improvement Team to lead the delivery and improved utilisation of the Trust's Patient Engagement Portal Programme of work - DrDoctor. The role will involve working closely with the operational teams by supporting them to utilise pre-existing functionalities to enable service improvement as well as deliver new products as part of the programme's roll out plan. The role will be on a fixed term basis (secondment applicants welcome) for a 12-month period.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Improvement Lead will be to take responsibility for programmes of work currently being overseen by the Quality Improvement Team.
