A bit about the job:
You will be working alongside the UK Market Leads providing governance and SME support to Group Operational Resilience and the wider business. The role offers the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge of how Aviva’s UK Businesses operate and support the resilience of key services preventing intolerable harm to our customers. This is the ideal role if you are someone who thrives in working in a fast paced and results orientated environment and is comfortable adapting to changing demands.
Your role will have a particular focus on ensuring the resilience of the AIG Life Protection business which Aviva acquired earlier in 2024. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from both Aviva and AIGL to understand the changing landscape and ensure resilience is a key consideration in all relevant decisions.
