What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to Project Manager and Project Office by performing various planning, programmatic, financial management, and budgetary activities
- Accept, track, and prepare responses to taskers received in different databases
- Coordinate with Product Office and functional Division to prepare responses and staff actions
- Interface with analysts, engineers, and Department of the Army contacts for taskers and leadership meetings
- Adhere to AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong familiarity with Army program office processes and PEO Aviation database operations
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks, organize work, and ensure completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Experience with technical aspects of Army programs and support activities
