What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete operational tasks and provide support to client benefit requests
- Assist with more complex configurations, validations, or projects as needed
- Track and report progress to team, identifying status and deadlines
- Provide ongoing client support and consistent service
- Translate and validate client intent, handle daily request tracking, and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree OR Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with multiple years of experience in a related field
- 2 years of work-related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
