      To join our team as an Operations Analyst with advanced Excel expertise, including Power Query, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. This role will focus on data validation, discrepancy identification, and process adherence to ensure accurate project closeouts and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets to support energy efficiency program operations.

      • Utilize Excel Power Query and advanced data manipulation techniques to analyze and validate program data.
      • Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets to ensure data integrity.
      • Assist in the review and closure of projects, ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
      • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate tracking for project completion.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and operations, to ensure smooth project workflows.
      • Support contract reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate submissions.
      • Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
      • Provide training and documentation support for process updates.
      • Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and program teams to ensure smooth data flow and system alignment.
      • Assist with forecasting, incentive tracking, and financial reconciliation of program data.

      • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
      • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations support.
      • Experience in energy efficiency programs, utilities, or a related field is a plus.

      $65,000 - $74,000 depending on experience.
