What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support various client relationships from an operational and financial perspective
- Reconcile client agreements and invoices, ensuring accurate counts of users, workstations, and licenses
- Prepare sales and purchase orders for clients and the employer
- Perform financial modeling and analysis, including client profitability and resource estimation
- Assist with business development activities, including pricing and proposal preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Zero to six years of experience in finance, operational analysis, program management, or procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field if no experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fulfill contractual duties
- Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with government contract requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing time entries and timecards
- Familiarity with financial analysis using Excel and pivot tables
- Previous interaction with vendors and experience in payment processing
- Experience reconciling expense purchases
