      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, including document preparation, reporting, scheduling, and task coordination
      - Conduct research on prospective clients, investors, sponsors, and speakers to support sales and event strategy
      - Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and reporting tools to support market awareness and performance monitoring
      - Coordinate client-related tasks such as scheduling calls, collecting materials, and managing follow-up communications
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure priorities, deadlines, and communications are properly aligned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
      - Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required
      - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with minimal oversight

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Valid U.S. entry visa preferred
      - Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Comfortable conducting research and preparing reports
