What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting processes through analysis and modeling
- Manage financial content and analysis for Digital Capability and Enterprise leadership teams
- Coordinate with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit and Digital objectives
- Review reports with Digital operations leadership and develop actionable recommendations
- Provide timely information to support month-end close processes and financial decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of finance and operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong financial management skills and knowledge of financial analysis metrics
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with other Microsoft products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Workday, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
