- English proficient. Fluent communication skills, encompassing both spoken and written.
- Desired with knowledge in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Finance or any other related technical discipline or field; or the equivalent work experience with a minimum of 2 years performing in related roles.
- May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills. Able to communicate broad and specific concepts with the team and with peers, with the ability to handle most unique situations.
- Experience working with global or multinational companies. Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Excel (basic to intermediate), for instance data analysis and reporting.
- Customer-oriented. Also, must be an effective team player
- Able to tailor their approach to fit different organizational cultures.
- Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt quickly and confidently to rapidly changing roles, objectives and priorities.
Job Description:
Operations Business Analyst
Mainly a remote position; the standard working arrangement for collaborators is primarily remote. However, attendance at the physical office location (Ultra Park II) will be required based on business needs.

About this role
An Operations Business Analyst provides back office and administrative support. They collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the account to implement business operational and governance processes and ensure accuracy and consistency. They also drive effective communication and promote process optimization.
D&PM Team supports deals data management lifecycle for all SOWs, Amendments and Deliverables Acceptance documents, among other critical tasks.
Performs administrative and analytical tasks, enabling success in areas such as Contract Management, Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Billing and invoicing.
The support provided includes, but is not limited to stakeholders like “PMO/Governance” team members, Project Managers, Segment Leaders and Account Executives. This is critical for the continuity of the business and the financial health of the account and the company.
What you’ll do
Essential Job Functions:
As an “Operations Business Analyst” collaborator, you will:
Provide the account back-office operations processes support with analytical data management and hygiene into the account contracts main data repository tool (Master Portfolio).
Apply business and analytical skills using the established frameworks, knowledge and processes.
Use advanced communication skills to respond, document, analyze and validate inputs.
Understand the account strategy and the role that the individuals play.
Use knowledge to validate data and to solve or propose solutions that could positively impact the processes and/or specific cases.
Work with minimal direction from process Team Leaders to complete assigned tasks/deliverables.
Actively participate as part of a team, maintain excellent and professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Support "Operational Excellence" by always performing with effectiveness (accuracy) and efficiency (“Turn Around Times” and agreed commitments); ensuring that all assignments, tasks, requests, or deliverables get processed in compliance with the established procedures and the team's internal “Service Level Agreements” respectively.
Always advocate for and execute support functions that ensure Process Continuity.
Ensure contract “Forecast” and “Invoicing” information accuracy through proper data mapping and contract knowledge.
Handle escalations/interactions with internal teams
Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines.
