      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform CPT and ICD10 coding through abstraction of medical records with a focus on complex encounters
      - Collaborate with providers and clinical areas to ensure accurate representation of patient services in medical records
      - Train physicians and staff on documentation, billing, and coding practices
      - Conduct reconciliations to ensure all charges are accurately captured
      - Review and communicate updates on billing and coding guidelines to relevant staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification
      - Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant role
      - 94% accuracy on the organization's coding test
      - Deep understanding of disease processes, anatomy, and pharmacology
      - Strong technical coding expertise in reviewing medical records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Health Information Management program accredited by CAHIIM
      - Previous experience with physician coding
