What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Expansion Operations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications related to expansion activities
- Maintain and update internal databases, SOPs, and production schedules
- Coordinate communications across departments, including sales, compliance, and marketing
- Document and manage regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordinator role
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage documentation, calendars, and task lists effectively
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms for project management and compliance
- Exceptional initiative and ability to work independently while aligning with team goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
