What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review legal documentation to determine the nature of requests and necessary actions
- Take administrative steps to comply with legal requests, including retrieving client documentation
- Compile and maintain legal or court-related documentation for compliance purposes
- Communicate legal requests to clients and clarify actions taken on their accounts
- Analyze and provide explanations of sourced information to law enforcement and attorneys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administration in banking or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous banking experience in subpoena fulfillment and analyzing legal orders
- Experience supporting legal counsel and managing intake of legal requests
- Familiarity with quality control and account review processes
- Adaptability to changes in regulatory environments
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
