Job Description
- Req#: 25-00255
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and data systems to ensure reliability and timely issue identification.
- Manage alerting workflows and coordinate response activities across operations teams.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance incident detection, triage, and resolution.
- Contribute to SLAs, data quality, governance, and system administration processes.
- Support help desk operations and provide operational coverage for special events.
- Support monitoring and alerting across infrastructure, data, and applications for all systems
- Support monitoring of system performance and proactive issue identification
- At client direction, optimize workflows using available AI tools (e.g., Dynatrace Davis AI) to enhance monitoring, alerting and response
- Consult on help desk & issue resolution, special event support, SLAs, data quality/ data governance, hardware/sys. Admin, FinOps, and platform management initiatives
