      Envestnet is seeking an Operations Lead to join our Operations department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at either our Raleigh, NC, Berwyn, PA, or Denver, CO office location.

      Job Summary:u00A0

      The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing resolution to global problems that affect service and operations. Additionally, the director will evaluate projects, goals, and trends to make recommendations that will effect change in enhancing the service experience.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Establish and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with all internal operational departments to foster a cooperative environment for the resolution of problems and/or errors
      • Identify and/or provide support through to resolution on global issues that cause disruptions to our customers. This can include large scale process issues, release management, system issues, or Platform errors. Once resolved work internally to ensure preventative actions are identified and in place
      • Write incident reports on global Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues that contain information on root cause, corrective actions and preventative actions
      • Draft, maintain and help facilitate communication around key Envestnet initiatives as well as help coordinate Holiday reminders for our Firms
      • Assist firms with large scale Share Class Conversions
      • Help support and coordinate Large Trade Error review and resolution with multiple key internal partners.
      • Act as an operational subject matter expert for key internal partners to aid in brand value and operational process review.
      • Develop and execute communication strategy plans to the service team. This will include communication management as well as instructions on how to update and respond to clients on global issues or process best practice recommendations
      • Provide proactive input on operational enhancements to improve business processing efficiency and increase client satisfaction
      • Develop and manage a release communication process. This includes service ad operations team awareness on key operational projects that require client communication as well as internal coordination on issues that occur once a release is introduced to the Envestnet Platform.
      • Facilitate best practice process management with various areas of the organization, including making suggestions for improved client service, quality control, and risk management procedures
      • Drive results and execution on key projects as identified by Senior Management
      • Collaboration with Service Management on the development of service team training programs
      • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.u00A0
      • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

      Required Qualifications:u00A0

      • Bacheloru2019s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
      • At least 7-10 years of experience in the financial services or related industry with a client service background
      • Must have working knowledge of the securities industry, of various types of investment vehicles, and trading methods
      • Must have a precise understanding into Operations within the Financial Services Industry
      • Understands the terminology and processing requirements within the Investment and Financial Services Industry
      • Decisive and proven track record of driving results
      • Must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities
      • Ability to critically analyze information and make sound recommendations
      • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
      • Ability to create and manage change across business functions
      • Ability to leverage data and analytics to improve business outcomes
      • Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities
      • Proven track record of effective verbal and written communication

      Salary:

      The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $114,000.u00A0
