      ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY

      This is a project based temporary assignment for a current internal 24 Hour Fitness Team Member in good standing with the organization. The assignment will be supporting a short-term pilot in the Los Angeles market and be focused on the member experience inclusive of Google review improvement. The internal talent will operate as an Operations Lead for the duration of the assignment.

      The temporary assignment will pay a rate of $20.97 per hour worked during the assignment and will have an anticipated time frame of up to 90 days starting on or around June 26th. The company reserves the right to change the terms of the assignment and modify or end the assignment at any time. All company policies continue to apply to Team Members while taking on this additional opportunity.

      ASSIGNMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      1. Partners with local Facilities Technician to ensure that the facility is well equipped and provides a clean and safe environment for both members and employees. This will include ensuring all equipment maintenance and repair needs are entered into service channel and equipment is progressing and getting operational in a timely manner.
      2. Assigns work in a given shift to a team of club attendants and sales and service advisors in partnership with the General Manager.
      3. Participates and validates daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities to ensure the cleaning expectations are executed at all times.
      4. Alongside the General Manager, ensures that Club Attendants and Sales and Service Team Members execute operational basics including supporting in scheduling, dress code compliance, time clock and Team Member punch review.
      5. Acts as a Manager on Duty to direct the operations of a given shift.
      6. Monitors Google Reviews, comments, and focus areas daily and takes action to make improvements.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES

      1. Familiarity with SMG 360, Power BI and Net Promoter Score required.
      2. 2 years of customer service experience required.
      3. Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members in a given shift strongly preferred.

      Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions/Travel

      1. Must be able to communicate via phone and/or email.
      2. Ability to sit and or stand for up to 8 hours daily.
      3. Written and spoken English skills required.

      WORKPLACE SAFETY: In addition to defined working conditions and physical requirements, employees are accountable for working safely, following established policies & procedures; and reporting all injuries and hazards to their supervisor immediately.

      Supervisors and Managers are accountable for ensuring the safety performance of employees; applying consistent practices in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; providing guidance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

      Compensation Summary

      All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Life and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

      Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

      Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

      Pay Range: $20.97 - $20.97
