      Summary:
      The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success.

      • Develop strategies for automating manual processes to improve Mail-In KPI Metrics, including (but not limited to), Turnaround Time, Return Rate, NTF Rate, Repair Bounce, and Net Promoter Score.
      • Identify and develop new business opportunities for revenue/reduced costs, and profitability.
      • Develop service strategies, quality improvement plans, cost-saving initiatives, and budgets.
      • Ensure that customer-negotiated commitments are achieved according to plan.
      • Parts forecasting and risk management
      • Oversight of all data activities/analytics
      • Automate reporting and build a dashboard

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive experience in operations or billing management or a relevant field.
      • Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analysis tools).


      3-5 years' experience in a Management Role
