- Route Audits (random and unannounced delivery audits)
- Collaboration, development and updating of delivery training materials
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Client/Retailer SOP’s
- NPS awareness, auditing and improvement programs
- Assist Delivery Partners with Delivery Partner documents and renewals (1st level of escalation)
- Regular participation in dock meetings and load outs
- Assist in managing all operations team personal – hiring, scheduling, development
- Create and manage solutions for peaks and valleys of volume with our customers
- Maintain targets, objectives and customer driven KPI’s and metrics
- Manage SOP adherence and identify potential gaps for continuous improvement
- Perform annual reviews for all delivery operations group employees
- Manage Delivery Partners ensuring drivers are following all SOPs when performing deliveries
- Manage billing for all Dedicated Accounts and some comingle accounts
- Manage hours/payroll for all delivery operations employees
- Assist escalate Customer Service issues
- Create and Manage new processes for all Final Mile operations as the business needs
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in Final Mile Operations or a similar leadership position
- 5 years of proven success in Final Mile or similar industry
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager – Deliveries is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s final mile operations. They coordinate home delivery operations from businesses direct to the end consumer ensuring accurate and one-time shipments. They are also responsible for planning, organizing and leading the activities of the Final Mile Team.
