What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the entire installation process for dental equipment within the assigned geography
- Coordinate installation dates and ensure all projects align with quarterly/annual Risk and Opportunity targets
- Conduct Equipment Planning Meetings to provide updates and schedule customer notifications
- Oversee daily invoicing and handle escalations as necessary during the delivery/installation process
- Manage and resolve issues concerning team members in a professional manner while supporting their development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of increasing responsibility in a relevant professional role
- Proven management skills with the ability to attract, retain, and motivate team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective dispute resolution
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to work with confidential information
- General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and construction trades
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven ability to manage installations and post-procurement processes
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing successful projects
- Familiarity with industry practices and company policies
