      As the Operations Manager for the readySCTM Scout Motors project, this role ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently, aligning with the project's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing various departments within the project, coordinating activities, and improving processes to maintain high productivity levels. The position involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. In the absence of the Project Director, duties extend to supervising and training employees, liaising with external clients and vendors, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The role also involves promoting and implementing safe work practices to ensure a clean and secure training and working environment. Additionally, the Operations Manager assists with developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity, as well as preparing correspondence and organizing and distributing reports and information to the Project Director.

      A high school diploma and relevant experience.

      Possess administrative and/or executive level support-level planning, organization and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, possess high degree of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, confidentiality, and diplomacy. Demonstrate ability to utilize analytical and problem-solving skills when addressing administrative concerns.
