What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and direct day-to-day process control and operational activities for dewatering, dredging, and cleaning service projects
- Supervise employees and subcontract services while ensuring safety compliance
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime and productivity
- Interface with environmental and regulatory agencies for efficient material processing
- Manage project financials, forecasting, and scheduling while achieving budget and KPI targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal safety rules and regulations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as belt filter press, centrifuge, loader, and spreader if properly trained
