What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Store Manager in planning and executing store workload and staffing schedules
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Support inventory management processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Train and coach team members to enhance performance and customer service
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and provide solutions to customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Retail management leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store
- Capability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a retail environment, specifically in management
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and visual merchandising standards
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
- Knowledge of Omni channel processes
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude
