      Therapy Tree provides evidence based, results oriented therapy which is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Our therapists use motivating and fun activities to encourage children, capture their interest, and provide successful and motivating experiences in order to help children to progress in their skills and to develop a love for learning and a strong self-esteem.

      We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to implement process improvements.

      Key Responsibilities:

      - On site 4 times a week, must be able to travel to clinics when needed

      - Oversee daily operations and ensure that all processes are running efficiently.

      - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.

      - Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health.

      - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees to achieve operational goals.

      - Collaborate between all departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

      - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

      - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

      - Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

      - Healthcare experience is a must

      - 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software.

      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

      - Project management using PM Software
