Job Description

- Managing the team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, supervising the performance of duties, organising work in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Indirect management of all areas of the logistics centre
- Active involvement in defining and overseeing KPIs
- Initiating and supervising the implementation of appropriate countermeasures to disruptions that have occurred,
- Planning, together with the Operations Managers, the workflow, the necessary personnel, and technology,
- People management experience
- Experience in logistics
- Very good knowledge of warehouse processes,
- Knowledge of health and safety, fire prevention and labour law-especially with regard to working time
- Knowledge of modern management methods and Lean Management
- High interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and think analytically
