      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to manage and grow our strategic partnership with Boeing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within the Boeing account. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for Boeing, fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
      • Understand Boeing’s business needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
      • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
      • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Boeing account to drive growth.
      • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and business opportunities.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with ABM operations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
      • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
      • Have a working knowledge of P&L statements.
      • Assumes responsibility for covering customer accounts as required to support vacancies, vacations, and holiday replacement coverage.
      • Execute Safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies and zero incidents. Ensure that company policy and all safety requirements are administered properly
      • Assist operational teams with reporting of accidents involving personnel, vehicles, public liability, property damage and fidelity claims
      • Ensure company standards are met in compliance with the operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of labor and expense.
      • Reviews daily labor for assigned customer accounts
      • Cultivate relationship with customers to ensure district meets service contract requirements and ensure customer retention.

      Qualifications:

      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
      • Must be able to prepare documents using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Must have experience in a customer focused environment.
      • Proven ability to work with and communicate with front line employees as well as upper-level management team.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
      • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, within the aerospace or defense industry preferred
      • Strong understanding of the aerospace market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements preferred
      • Experience working directly with Boeing or other major aerospace companies.
      • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
      • Familiarity with government contracting and compliance.
