      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Lead, motivate, and support a team of supervisors within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution

      • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, operational metrics, and deliver excellent customer service

      • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems

      • Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations team and operations department

      • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance

      • Directly accountable for and routinely reviews account’s performance against contract metrics and client

      • Effectively communicates with clients and key stakeholders to maintain and manage business

      • Creating and managing conflict-resolution programs and leading conflict-management practices

      • Creating shared KPIs that encourage cooperation

      • Evaluates and organizes information to solve for problems and challenges

      • Develop and maintain client rapport and complete satisfaction with contract and customer services.

      • Provides client complete, accurate, timely, and professional performance reporting as required.

      • Implements business operation and service solutions utilizing the continuous improvement process

      • Process and review escalations

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.

      • +3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment (Healthcare, RCM Domain, Prior Authorization)

      • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and manage campaign needs.

      • Strong analytical skills, particularly in reviewing data and reports to assess team and agent performance.

      • Ability to address behavioral and performance issues through CAF and DPF issuance, and lead corrective action plans (PIP)

      • Ability to build consensus and relationships amongst managers, partners, and employees.

      • Strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to operational forms, processes, and program KPIs.

      • Flexibility on schedule and shift hours
