What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the daily operations of the call center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal regulations
- Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff for high performance and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO environment
- Proven experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and BPO industry standards
