Provide comprehensive operations and project management support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Advisory leadership team.
Manage daily operations , coordinate and manage projects, ensuring effective communication, timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Liaise and build sustainable relationships with internal departments ( IT, H C , Finance, Marketing etc.) a s well as external stakeholders and act as a reliable, trustworthy, and service oriented contact person .
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and distributing documentation . Furthermore, p repare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations .
You have several years of working experience ideally paired with an academic background ( e.g. bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field .
You are (ideally) familiar with the consulting environment .
You have proven operations management experience in a complex international environment or matrix organization .
You maintain organizational control of operations even within short deadlines.
You have a flair for IT systems and processes and can demonstrate a proven track record in digitization.
You can handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism .
Interpersonal skills , working in a team, and clear communication are your strength s.
You are fluent in German and Englis h .

You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.
