      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the daily operations of a team to ensure performance metrics are met
      - Provide action plans and timelines for performance improvement as needed
      - Collaborate with customers to ensure open communication and timely issue resolution
      - Monitor compliance with ISO standards and implement necessary corrective actions
      - Evaluate staff performance and provide corrective actions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of people management experience
      - Must be a U.S. citizen; Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship cannot be considered
      - Ability to lead teams to exceed SLA's and KPI's
      - Proven experience in contact center leadership with strong knowledge of contact center tools

      - Strong leadership skills with excellent written and oral presentation abilities
      - Experience communicating with clients and senior management
      - Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM), Quality, and Training processes
      - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
