- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement activities.
- Lean Certified, or Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar experience (Toyota Production System, etc.).
- Proficiency leading and advancing a CNC machining environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer business.

The Operations Manager plans, develops, and leads a team within the manufacturing business to excel in the areas of safety, quality, and customer deliveries. The Manager is accountable for developing and installing consistent assembly and material flow processes within their areas of responsibility. The processes and workflows will drive very high levels of safety, quality yields, and deliveries based upon customer order dates. The Operations Manager will develop their team to ensure that goals are met consistently.
