      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for driving operational support across multiple locations/site. Key responsibilities include influencing site leadership to achieve and exceed key operating metrics, ensure rigorous reporting & inspection routines resulting in consistent operational execution. Job expectations include leading key initiatives, translate strategy into real-time operational deployments and proactively identify/respond to risk issues, make balanced decisions across people, process and technology. Incumbent may have staffing responsibility and engaged in performance management activities.

      Responsibilities:

      •Proactively leverage data, analysis and reporting to identify performance trends and enablement opportunities
      •Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence with impact across the organization.
      •Ability to effectively coach team managers, gain followership through influence and drive positive results
      •Develop leaders through influence
      •Ability to balance multiple needs, requests and goals
      •Ability to work in fast paced environment with several competing priorities

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2-4 years of management experience

      • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills sufficient to professionally interact effectively with all levels of management

      • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, concurrent business needs through appropriate prioritization and deliverable management.

      • Capable of executing independently in a fast-paced environment or as part of a team

      • Must be a self-starter who demonstrates a high level of initiative with the ability to coordinate projects such as associate training, communication plans, process and performance improvement efforts

      • Strong Relationship Management Skill-set

      • Presentation skills / Executive Presence

      • Process Performance Management

      • Business Operations Management

      • Results Oriented

      Desired Qualifications:

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $63,100.00 - $105,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
