      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
      - Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate process changes and implementations
      - Lead program alignment, set objectives, and allocate resources with stakeholders
      - Drive project-related change management activities and create effective communication plans
      - Conduct Root Cause Analysis on major incidents to enhance processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information management systems, or related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial analysis, project management, change management, process improvement, or related field
      - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving timely results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma green belt or higher certification
      - Certified project/program management credentials
      - Telecommunications experience or relevant certifications in the telecom industry
