      Enterprise Overview:

      Primarily responsible for medium - large projects for an end to end credit delivery platform built on SalesForce. Provides consulting expertise to operations units and product managers on platform needs and productivity issues. Takes business feedback and maintains a backlog of platform requirements in an agile model. Works with development teams to refine and accept changes. Completes user acceptance testing and assists in training and adoption. Requires a thorough knowledge of the credit operations area.

      Description:

      Our CreditCenter Project Team is seeking a qualified project consultant with credit operations experience including fulfillment, due diligence, booking, and/or collateral perfection expertise. The position partners with business to gather feedback on enhancements required in the platform, performs UAT and regression testing, and assists with Production support including user support and assist in training and adoption. A successful candidate will become a part of a team of other commercial credit operations subject matter experts also working on the project representing different capabilities and end users of the platform.

      Required Skills:

      • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit operations a user of or supporting users of CreditCenter, GFS, LoanIQ, or HotDocs
      • Experienced at gathering and writing business and technical requirements, process design, role definition, procedure development, training, and system testing
      • Participation and leadership role in collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base.
      • Knowledge of agile methodology
      • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
      • Continuous learner

      • Prior experience working on large scale projects in an agile framework
